Versa lite was working fine then suddenly a couple nights ago it went black. The green light on the back doesnt come on, screen is totally unresponsive and so is the button. I have tried charging it and resetting it but nothing has changed

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest trying the following:
If the above steps don't work, I'd suggest performing a restart by following the steps below (please remove your Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Mine will still not turn on. Cleaned ports, had plugged in all day, my charger does work on husbands, pushing side button does nothing. Stopped working last night. Help!!!!
