So today I got my Versa lite off charge then noticed it wasn’t syncing but also noticed that the screen was black thinking it just hadn’t been charged. I left it on charge most the day and it’s not a blank screen has a black light but doesn’t respond.
i have it on a normal watch face, restarted it but nothing has worked.
can anyone help?

Hi @Georgina8 - when it is on charge it can get updates to the clock face. [And your phone can get updates to the Fitbit App in background]
Try restarting your phone and watch to see if that sorts out the sync problem, and if so, in the Fitbit App try changing the clock face to preferably a Fitbit one.
If it is still not working contact Fitbit support.
