Versa Lite won't turn on or chargee

My Versa Lite has completely stopped working overnight. According to Fitbit app, last sync time was 10:44pm last night. It's completely dead and won't turn on or charge. I tried charging it for hours and it didn't work. Anything else I should try? Thank you and stay safe everyone!

Hi @cremeglacee  Yes, two more things to try. Restart it several times and also try a Factory reset. If they do t fix it you will need to contact Customer Support.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
