Hi I have a Versa lite, bough in may 2019. It won’t charge or turn on and has been freezing a lot.

@Lauren1996, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't charge or turn on and freezes constantly.

 

I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
