My Fitbit ran out of power and I plugged it in for charging, it has since not turned back on and the face and button are not responding. I haven’t had it for more than 4.5 months and I have tried cleaning it.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
