Versa Lite won't turn on or take a charge

I’ve had my versa lite about 10 months and today it has totally stopped working. Nothing showing on the screen anymore, won’t take a charge, and looks like there may be water or condensation in the back.

Anyone else experienced this?

I am still within the warranty period so I hope I can get a replacement.

Yes mine has stopped working today too.

 

And when I try to contact customer support on the app it just keeps stating that customer support is not available right now.

Same! Was was wondering if help wasn’t available until 8am on Monday as their customer services is 8-7 Mon-Fri? I’m going to try again in the morning.

Very strange. And frustrating! Lucky I’m still in warranty. Hope you are too!
