I’ve had my versa lite about 10 months and today it has totally stopped working. Nothing showing on the screen anymore, won’t take a charge, and looks like there may be water or condensation in the back.
Anyone else experienced this?
I am still within the warranty period so I hope I can get a replacement.

Yes mine has stopped working today too.
And when I try to contact customer support on the app it just keeps stating that customer support is not available right now.
