So I recently got a Versa lite off of the Facebook marketplace and it worked perfectly fine for the previous owners when we got it. They factory reset it and then we left, we got home and put it on the charger because it wasn’t fully charged when we bought it. A couple hours later we checked up on it and it was a 0 percent. I’ve been tinkering with it and for some reason if you take it off for a little while it will turn on but will only stay on if on charger and everything works fine until you take it off. The extended warranty expired so I can’t do anything about that. We then decided to just get a brand new one but I’m up to suggestions to get it up and running again to sell if possible. I’ve tried everything to cleaning it, reseting it and factory reseting it. So again I’m open to anything.🙃

I’ve tried all the solutions and I will call but according to everyone I think it won’t really help to contact customer support. But thank anyway!😁

This has happened to me too! I got offered 30% off a new one and that’s it. This shouldn’t have happened in the first place! So glad to see it’s not just me this has happened to

I’m kinda frustrated with Fitbit because it is a problem that I’ve seen allover the internet and hasn’t been solved.
