I love my Fitbit but it just stopped working. I bought a new charger to see if that was it but it didn’t help. I have the versa lite and I have tried holding the button , for all sorts of times. Screen won’t turn on. I don’t know what else to do??

Hi there, @dc23167. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
As a first approach, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_.
If that doesn't work, I'd suggest performing a factory reset by following the steps below (please make sure that your Versa Lite is no longer paired to your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi @dc23167 - generally the charge cable is reliable on this watch but some have accidentally tried charging with the wrong charger [from a Versa 2] - they look alike but are not compatible.
Make sure the contacts are clean and try powering it from a PC. How do I clean my Fitbit device?
When you place the watch and the charger and plug it in it should start automatically but after an hour you can try starting it manually. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If you get no vibration or display the watch may be damaged, most commonly from water getting in, or accumulating over time. This causes all sorts of problems. If the watch gets hot when charging stop immediately, it has internal damage and is dangerous.
