My Fitbit wouldn't swipe or nothing so I did everything that the internet told me to do tried to turn back on and it want turn back in help.

Since the issue persists, I would like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see f the issue gets fixed.
