Versa Lite won't turn on

It last synced this 6am this morning.  I looked at it just now and the screen is black.  So I thought the battery died.  But when I plug it into the charger, nothing appears.  I've left it on the charger for a while and still nothing.  I've held down the button on the side for 1+ minutes.  Still nothing.  What is going on?!?!?!

Hi @vivianmariecb  That doesnt sound good at all. Try restarting it a few more times, but if that doesnt bring it back to life then you will need to contact Support.
