It doesn’t turn on or responds to batteries charge shows 46porcent is duck please help

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with your watch. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

 

If the issue persists, please try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
