My battery died and now won't turn on after fully charging it. I've tried holding the button down for 10 seconds to reset it but nothing happens. Please help!

Hi @melissia.melend,

 

How long was it on the charger for?  Were the contacts and pins clean on both the device and the charger?

It was on the  charger for about an hour.  It was receiving messages...it buzzed a couple times when texts came thru and also synced to my phone showing it was fully charged. I did clean everything afterwards and placed it back on the charger but still nothing.
