Last night my Versa Lite turned off and wouldn’t come back on. It would come on a few minutes after I put it on the charger, but as soon as I took it off of the charger, it goes blank again. I have tried to reset it numerous times, and I have even got on the website and learned how to reset it properly but it does nothing. Would appreciate some help, thanks.

Hi @cjdunham0305, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa Lite experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Twitter and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
