Fitbit not a year old and not working. Not sure how to restart. Uninstalled and re installed app. Help.

Hi @batterywoes, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.

my versa is doing the same thing. It will no longer connect to the app. There's no screen hut a back light lights up. Me battery we charged the night before last. And yesterday evening the xcreen went black and will only light up if I try to re boot it. Even doing a hard reboot holding all the bottoms I dont get anything. The HR monitor will flash but thats it. Not sure what else to do. Thanks
