Versa Lite won’t turn on

My Fitbit Versa lite will not turn on. The screen will brighten for a second when I hold the button but nothing will show up. The battery had over a 70% charge and I’ve only had this device 6 months.

Hi @Chris2678, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
