I purchased a Versa Lite roughly a year ago, and I’ve loved using it everyday. However, a week or two ago I was swimming with my family and I realized that I had left my FitBit on when I got into the pool. At first I was worried but I remembered that the Versa Lite is Water Resistant for up to 50 Meters, and it seemed to continue working fine. So I kept it on. I was only in the pool for roughly 30 minutes before I got out, and by the next morning my Versa Lite would not turn on or charge at all. I assume this was due to being in the pool, but I wouldn’t think that wading in 5 foot deep pool water would damage it to this degree. I hope someone has an answer to my dilemma, I’m a big fan of FitBit and wish to continue supporting you. Thank you.

Hi @IttzAndrew, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped turning on. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your preference.
I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
Looking forward to your response.

Doesn’t seem like anything is working unfortunately. It’s not vibrating when plugged in, and no matter how long I leave it charging for it won’t come back on.
