My Fitbit won’t turn on, I have tried to reset it but holding the button down for 13seconds. Nothing happens. When I put it on charge it gets really hot, when I take it off charge and try and turn it on it’s blank.

Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa Lite and for trying the restart.
