Versa Lite won't turn on

Versa lite has turned off.  No light on back.  Tried pressing button but nothing

Is it fully charged?

In any case put it on charge it may come back on.

I had This with mine, it stopped working completely, just before it did the screen went pitch black, then i would hold the little button on the left and it would be snowy white and then black again. Told Fitbit support and they had me try and troubleshoot it by changing the clock faces twice but the lady couldn’t get that it was a black screen and i couldn’t see anything. 
i only had it two weeks bought it on Boxing Day they were supposedly sending me a replacement out however Iv lost hope that it’s going to come. So over £100 wasted for something that lasted two weeks and the only Christmas present i had which is why i bought It myself

Seems like it is just a faulty one, suggest getting it replaced.

Support probably told you to charge it?

A factory reset might cure it, but Versa Lite's don't respond well to that and it may kill it for sure.

@Angcunningham59   Awaiting feedback.

Seeing as it doesn't work, it can't make it any worse.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly again and get them to talk you through it.

That way it will be sure if its faulty or not.

Have been in touch. Sending me a replacement. Hopefully won't take to
long to get here
