After I went swimming in a 5ft part of a lake the device stopped working and about a day or two later I put it to charge thinking it was dead and it wouldn't charge or turn on.

Hi Ryan, I also went swimming today and now my versa won’t turn on. The battery shouldn’t be dead but I’ve tried to charge it anyway. The screen is still blank and there are no vibrations. It was a replacement watch that I received only 3 days ago!!! So disappointed

Same thing happened to me 6 days ago and it hasn’t turned back on!!

It has turned back on now but it is stuck on yesterday’s time, date and steps. The time at which it broke and turned off yesterday. This happened a friend too. Really poor

My Versa Lite went blank yesterday and is still non-responsive - had just been almost fully charged.
