I trust you are well
 
I'm so sad about my watch not working.
 
A week ago I tried to update my watch software with the app but after that the screen just went black.
 
If I sync to watch on the app it still works and if I receive messages, I still fell the watch vibrating. The monitor is also working fine as I am seeing the green light on. 
 
Do you have any suggestions that will help please? 
 
I bought the watch in December 2020. How long do I have warranty?

Hi @Esrie  -  it looks like the new firmware caused an issue, depending on where you live you may have 1 or 2 year warranty.

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is under warranty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit.
