My Versa watch screen stopped working, it charges according to the app, the alarm works the green led light on back flickers but no screen , it’s still synced to app , don’t know how to restart or reset , I’ve pushed the button 10 seconds or more and nothing . After three years This must be its life span . Sad , I like it

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
