I have tried multiple times to update my versa lite ( since January) the battery died as I was sleeping one night and since then it won’t update which renders the device useless. I have done the procedure suggested by the help site multiple times. I have deleted the app, remove the versa from my profile, restarted phone and/or versa, turned Bluetooth on and off. Nothing works. any ideas to make it work? Thanks
