I recently bought a Versa lite from my friend, it’s not damaged in any way, so I started everything up downloaded the app and it says I have to update the Versa and I have been trying to update it for like 2 days now and it won’t finish updating, and I can’t use it without the update, I have tried every troubleshot and nothing. I have an iPhone 7 Plus with IOS 13.2.3 please help.

After four days of using an iPhone 6, iPhone 8 and an iPhone X, I finally decided that as a last resort to use my PC. The first attempt failed so I plugged the charging unit into my PC as well and after two hours it finally updated the firmware. I will say the Bluetooth still has to be switched on as I tried it with Bluetooth off and it would not start. It did fail once but I have a very happy wife as she loves her fitbit.

I have tried these I have tried plugging the charger port into my pc and updating from there but does not connect at all and will not update still, nothing is working

this what I did,
Restarted my PC, then plugged the Versa Lite into USB. It then recognised the Versa, Then Reboot your Versa, make sure the Bluetooth is switched on. Check that your PC has paired with the Versa. It took two attempts before the firmwear worked. if this does not work then I can only suggest you send the Versa back to where you bought it.

Hi..i have tried updating the firmware multiple time using iphone & PC and it still not does work. ave been trying this for the last 3 days now.
Now my fitbit does not even start. Can i get some help or number to reach customer support?

Tried that nothing, I have bought a wireless sync usb for my pc to see if that works, otherwise I have wasted a lot of money

This is my exact problem, it says on my Fitbit to download app to start in loads of different languages tried for a few dat trying to update and nothing, I have bought a wireless sync usb to see if that helps have to wait a week before I can check though

Did anyone ever solve this issue? I am completely stuck. It won't get past the start-up screen. Restarted watch, phone multiple times. Let the update run overnight - it failed. Tried updating with watch and phone are ON TOP of the router. Turned bluetooth on and off. Customer service is completely useless.
This fitbit worked fine until I tried to transfer it to my daughter. Now it's not working AT ALL. It's just stuck. This is beyond infuriating.
