bought my versa light back in December, and haven't tried to update it until now. I've tried the factory reset option, I've tried troubleshooting, and connecting it directly to my computer instead of updating via Bluetooth, and I'm unable to update it. My watch is on version 38.33.1.30 and won't update beyond that. I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm working off the windows app as I don't have a smartphone.
Also, I can't seem to update my clock face. I get stuck in this sort of boot loop when I try to select a clock in the windows app.
Any tips on a resolution for these?

Hi @SunsetRunner, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response, However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow and help you with your Versa Lite since it won't update its firmware. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to fix this issue, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Yeah I did that and no I get this error on my Fitbit saying "Data not cleared, Sync and Try Again" but I can't try again because I have no way to sync it.
Plus, I've already tried a factory reset, and it didn't update then either
