Versa Lite won't update its firmware

Stuck on 3% download for the os, It has been like this for 8 hours, Followed all the steps on the forms, I factory reset, reset, delete synced  profile data and factory reset cleared all the existence of the fitbit off my phone and still won't get past 3%, we are on a 1gb download speed so that should not be a problem normal downloads take less then a minute even 5gb downloads take 2 minutes.

 

Any fix would be amazing,

P.s. it's at 3% after 8 hrs so no I won't be resetting it again!

Hi @April.k, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite didn't complete the firmware update. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
