Ok so when I woke up my fitbit was displaying the wrong date and time. I followed all instructions nothing worked so I read that I needed to do a factory reset. Now my fitbit will not update nor turn on. The update goes to 15% then cancels out. I have followed ALL instructions and really need help. I have severe health problems and depend on my fitbit to track my heart rate. Pleassssseeee HELP!!!!

Hi there @HollyMcClain, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this situation before reaching out. We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced.
When you performed the restart on your watch, did you feel a vibration? If your Versa Lite did not vibrate, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
