I recently traveled to Brazil and my Versa corrected automatically to local time, 2 hours later than the time where I live in the US. But now that I have returned to the US, my Versa is still on Brazil time. How do I get it to reset to the correct time? My iPhone, where my Fitbit app is, automatically corrected back to local time

Hi there, @Byrl. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear you managed to correct the time on your Versa Lite. 🙂 @Guy_ @LZeeW Thank you so much for all your help!
For future references, please note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Inspire is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works for you next time, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.
Have a nice day you all!

Hello @Byrl and welcome to the Community. When this happens to me, the first thing I try is to turn the automatic time zone off, then turn it back on again, and re-sync. You will get a pop up that says this might result in data loss, because it can.
Sometimes, I need to be more aggressive by turning my phone off, restarting my Versa 3 (press and hold the button for 10 seconds or more until the Fitbit logo appears), then restart my phone.

Hi @Byrl - click profile photo in the Fitbit App and App settings, turn of automatic time zone and location and select the time zone manually and sync. Once the time is right you can set them back.
Sometimes a sync is not enough and you may need to restart the watch [and do the phone for good measure].

Well, I held down the button, the screen went blank, and then in a few seconds, the Fitbit logo came up. The time was still wrong. That was about an hour ago. I just now looked again and the time is right! So maybe that restarting of it did the trick. Thanks for your help.
