Versa Lite won't update the time

I have synced my versa lite to new iPhone 13 several times but it won’t update time zone to current location. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @mtCarolyn. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. 

Please note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa Lite is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

HI @mtCarolyn in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and App settings and turn off automatic time zone and location and make sure your time zone is correct manually and sync.  If that doesn't fix the time restart the watch and sync again.

After you can put back your settings as they were. It gets stuck sometimes.
