Versa Lite won't vibrate when reaching my step goal

My versa lite suddenly stopped vibrating for my step goal and active hours. I tried looking to others with the same problem but all of the solutions they gave didn't work. I know it started doing this after I updated it. I tried resetting it, changing my goal and rechecking it but that didn't work. Thanks.

@Josh101, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't vibrate when reaching your step goal or active hours. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, monitor your Versa Lite during the next 48 hours and see if it vibrates when reaching your step goal and active hours.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
