Versa Lite won't work after a factory reset

I reset to factory settings and will not finish, update or anything. It’s basically useless. Any ideas? I’m ready to return it to its maker.

hello I did not open my watch after resetting my fitbit versa lite watch. Although I did the steps you said, I didn't get any results. Can you help me?

This is OUTRAGEOUS - it's still NOT working,  I've followed the exact directions that I was instructed by FitBit  Customer Service Representative, Mary that I spoke with last week......

 

I need to return my FitBit, and hopefully you'll can rectify the problem. Why is that happening?....

So now my fitbit replacement is losing time its about 1 hour behind. How do

After resetting my watch, nothing appears on the screen in any way and has not been opened for 2 days. Although I charged it for 2 hours, it didn't turn on. thank you for your help in advance

This process isn't working after umpteen number of events. The product is good but this problem of restarting after factory reset is a big big turn off

I got massage " Data not cleared sync and try again"

After sync my Fitbit I am trying to update software it start update but again same massage appeared at screen

Yes, only when connected to computor then you have to select update via usb then it works

I've tried to fgctory reset my fitbit versa lite and it doesn't work, or it say's downloading on the fitbit app, but it don't go past 1%, or it say's data not cleared, sync and try again. I don't even know what happened for this screen to come up on my fitbit.

one was fine.

I have experienced this issue and my device will no longer find my fitbit and is 3 hours slow on the clock

I aventually bought Garmin. Will never buy fitbit again.
