Versa Lite won't work after a factory reset

I reset to factory settings and will not finish, update or anything. It’s basically useless. Any ideas? I’m ready to return it to its maker.

It works fine now, I’ve just not tested sinking via my phone. 

it took a lot of going back and forth with fit bit, as their instructions were not clear but we got there.

 

Thanks for getting back to us. We appreciate your efforts. Thanks for the photos. The USB Recovery can be found at the Fitbit app. You need to download the Fitbit app through the Microsoft Store. Please follow these steps to download it:

1. Go to http://www.fitbit.com/setup.
2. Scroll down and look for Don't have a mobile device available?
3. Click Download from Windows Store.
4. Once on the Windows Store or Microsoft Store, click Get.
5. Click Install.
6. Click Launch. Login to your Fitbit account.

After you have logged in, please follow the steps we have provided for the USB firmware recovery.

I eventually got it working when i plugged it into the computor.

I have the same problem so annoying,it keeps saying hold all three buttons but my Fitbit Versa lite has only one button,I have been onto Fitbit all day but no one seems to help please help

I have done all that but it’s not asking to replace it,it even asked me for the four digit code but then it tells me they can’t connect

My Versa Lite will not even let ME set up again after a factory restart. This is all I get, so I can’t even set it UP on my phone. Which is an iPhone XR.

Mine was the same,i connected the usb to the smart tv as iv no computer its uo and runnin again,hope this helps =)Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
