Versa Lite won't work with my Samsung S20

3.51.1 update not working with samsung s20. Has anyone figured this out? Already chatted with fitbit for help.

I was offered 1 solution, change the face of the clock. I didnt get to bring up the update at that point, because I didn't  see it on the app. So that's why I am wondering if anyone else has had this be the issue.They offered a discount to buy something else. I would like to clarify, does that mean Versa lite will no longer work with this phone? Is the Lite being phased out? Your right though, that I may have to chat again. If you think there's not much else to troubleshoot i won't bother.

My watch is working now.  Unpaired/unlinked it with Fitbit app. Make sure it's unpaired on Bluetooth. Added it back  to app while it was on charger( like a new device). Update started and took about 1 hour. New clock face was on watch, so downloaded the previous that i had. Lost my alarms that were set, but other than that it's back to the way it was.  So, not all options were exhausted to where i needed to buy another one..
