Hi @nattie0807 Unfortunately the S10 note us not on the Supported Devices List  so the problem may be related to that, but try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on notification issues and see if you can get it working.

I have a galaxy s10. I've tried restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting my versa and still not getting texts notifications.

@Mamat835  The S10 should work. Check your setrings in your PHONE SETTINGS (not fitbit). There could be something there that is preventing your messages coming through. In my phone (which is an S8), under Lock Screen I have to have Notifications turned on, and in Notifications I have Messages turned on in App Notifications. Yours might be a bit different, but with a bit of luck somethjng there will work. Failing that, try all the suggestions in the Help Article I linked in my post above above.

It worked before the update, and I get other notifications.

Unsupported phones often DO work, but it is usually an update to phone or tracker that upsets tje connection, if/when it is upset. As the phone is not supported, no one is working towards getting it working again. Sadly thats the way it is. It may start to work again, or it may not. Sorry it isnt better news.
