Versa Lite wont link to anything

Hi all, I bought my FitBit Versa Lite off amazon on black friday last year. I've had a few issues with it but recent theyve got worse. I cant link any account with it, spotify, strava etc. I do exactly what it says on the FitBit itself and on the FitBit app and it still doesnt work. I'm really frustrated with it and considering getting rid of it because it just doesnt work. What do I do, yes I've tried restarting it.

@jadedxlan99 your versa lite can only be linked to your Fitbit account. 

To link Strava, etc, to your Fitbit account, you would do this from you Strava, etc accounts, not through Fitbit. 

Their is general instructions with specific Strava instruction in Fitbit help, but for most apps you would want to look at their help pages. 

You may be asking about the Strava app for the Versa Lite. This is a simple dashboard for your Strava account. A user needs to log into their Strava account through the Fitbit app, Account, Strava Lite, Apps. Tap the gear to the right of Strava. If this doesn't work, please let us know of any reported errors. 

The Spotify app is a remote controller for your Spotify player on your phone. May I ask what the issue is?
