I woke up this morning to an unscheduled vibration from my Versa Lite. When I looked at it everything was normal. I do not have notifications enabled. A few minutes later I had the same vibration but this time I saw the Fitbit logo. My device restarted but otherwise seemed fine. A few moments later I felt the same vibration and my device restarted again. I headed to the forums and they had said to do a factory reset. So I did and now my device will not turn back on. It also does not vibrate when being placed onto the charger. I have moved outlets to double-check it was getting power and switched charging cords with my husband's to make sure there was nothing wrong with the cord. I have also cleaned my Versa Lite to make sure there was a good, clean connection point. I bought my Versa lite on 9.10.2019 through the Fitbit website. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.

It sounds like something may be wrong with your battery. Please contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask for a Battery Test. Your Versa Lite shouldn't be acting like that. Be prepared to send in pictures if needed.

That happened to me with a new Versa in April. Contact customer service, you are still under warranty. I did get a replacement, but you have to send yours back first and then they send you a new one.
