I have a fully charged Versa Lite that will not turn on. I have had it approximately 2 years. Has anyone had this issue? I tap the screen it does nothing either. Is it time to buy a new smartwatch??

I have the same issue occurring today. I have had it approx 2 years as well. I’ve tried updating and syncing with no luck; it is fully charged and was turning on for a couple of seconds and now nothing...

In my case the Fitbit logo does come up on the screen when it is on the charger, so I tend to think the screen works. However, when I take it off the charger the screen stays black. When I hold the button on the side to turn in on it stays black. I have done the turn off and on procedure several times consecutively allowing time in between for the screen to register and still nothing. Yet I can leave it on the charger for days and it will show the Fitbit logo. The logo will go away, then will come back on and stay there for hours then disappear for awhile and come back. I am not sure what the issue really is. If I take it off the charger the logo will stay on the screen but will not turn on. If I try turning it on it goes black.

@norris.stephen1- you are right - its not the screen.
Looks like a corruption in the Operating system. Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you more.
