I started a workout on my versa lite and saw it start the timer, calories heart rate etc.
35 minutes into the workout, I noticed my watch had stopped recording it and the was no record at all.
I restarted recording the rest of the workout and it did the last 30 minutes of it.
This is not the first time it's happened.
The workout was not detected on automatically recognized even though this option is set up.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via social media and created a case for you. Please keep an eye on your email since our Support team will reach you via email soon.

They did get in touch with me and advised me on the settings.
All of the settings they suggested were already done so I'm not confident the issue has been fixed. It's happened on several occasions, it wasn't just a one off.
I responded to their email.
Will someone be in touch again or do I need to raise another case?
My Fitbit is still under warranty.
