Versa Lite, works but screen is black

Help!!  My tracker syncs with my app and takes charge in normal time, but, will not display anything on the screen. Can even feel it buzz for reminders, the alams sounds off, but, still can ot see anything. I have tried pushing the (only) back button on the left side for several seconds and even minutes. Nothing changes. I have attempted numerous ways to restart the watch. Any help is appreciated!

Hi @Happyjappy Have you restarted it several times using the method in the link below? If you have and it hasnt helped, then you will need to contact Support

Thank you for advice- the link you have said to hold the back button dor 10 seconds to restart. Again, I have done that several times.
