I set up my new Versa Lite three days ago. Yesterday and today it suddenly logged thousands of steps, once while I was standing still and today while it was charging. I spoke to tech support and they sent me instructions on a 100 step test that logged 80 steps instead of 100. Additionally, I tried to change the clock face to one that includes mileage and that failed to connect. Has anyone else had these issues and resolved them?

Regarding the wrong amount of steps logged issue that your Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
