I've had the strangest situation with my Versa lately.
I typically do a 3 mile run in the mornings and verify this when completing the run. However, during the cool-down period, once I hit 4 miles, the mileage changes from 4 miles back to one. Same for the Active Minutes. The minutes that I was running are discarded and only the minutes I walked during the cool down are displayed.
Is there a work-around for this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @garnettsmith !
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience with tracking your mileage and active minutes. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this and recommend checking if your run and cool-down period are being tracked separately? You can check this by tapping the Exercise tile on the Fitbit app or click Log tab > Activities on the fitbit.com dashboard.
Looking forward to your response!

Thanks for your response!
Yes, it turns out the run and walk were tracked separately. However, the cumulative mileage and active minutes only reflect the time that I was running. For some reason, the Versa totally ignored the amount of mileage/active minutes that I was walking.
In essence, in my daily totals, instead of reflecting the 5 miles and 70 minutes that I was active, the Versa chose to give me credit for only the 3 miles and 30 minutes that I was jogging.
This same scenario repeated itself again yesterday

Hi @garnettsmith , it's nice to see you around! I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. I recommend trying to track your exercises using the exercise app by following these steps. Please let me know if this improves tracking.
Regarding the active minutes, your Fitbit device recognizes and awards active minutes when the activity you're doing is more strenuous than regular walking. For more information, see What are active minutes?
Let me know how it goes!
