Versa Music Transfer - Bluetooth Error

When I try to transfer music via the desktop app (PC - Windows 10), with both my computer and my Versa attached to the same wi-fi network, I get an error that Bluetooth is off. My computer doesn't have Bluetooth, and what does that have to do with transferring over wi-fi, which seems to be the required method?

 

It never finishes transferring the one song I'm trying to transfer!

In the upper left corner of the PC app, it continually says (paraphrasing) Estimating transfer time. It never gives me an amount of time. Bluetooth is off on my phone. (I read that it can interfere.)

 

Any help would be appreciated!
