Versa-No light on back of watch, no heart rate

Three days ago my light on the back of my Versa went off, I rebooted once and it came back on. It seems the problem repeated when I charged the Versa. Rebooting did not turn on the light this time. Even 4-6 time reboot in a row. Everything else works, but it will not register my heart rate. I then did a factory reboot, and re registered my Versa, Nada! Help?

Check in the watch menu to make sure the heart rate is turned on.
