Hi all,
Yesterday morning my Versa battery was low, so I put it on the charger and charged it to 100%. This morning I woke up and my Versa was unresponsive and had received an email saying the battery was low. Thought that was strange since I had just charged it, but put it back on the charger and nothing happened. The device was really warm on the charger but nothing happened to the screen. Tried to reset the device, nothing happened. Tried to plug it into my computer, nothing happened. Haven't had any issues with it prior to today, I've had it for over two years now - anyone have any suggestions?

I received a Versa 2 last year for Father's Day, not even a year old and its dead. Gray screen, doesn't charge, it just stopped working. Before this I had a Blaze and that lasted just a year also. Very disappointed in Fitbit products. Time to move on.
