My Fitbit Versa and charging cradle is less than 4 months old and will no longer charge on the charging cradle.
Plug it into the cradle and no battery charging screen appears.
I have tried shutting down, restarting and using different power sources.
Very upset and frustrated as I love my Versa and use it daily.

How are you charging it? Its best in a USB port on your computer
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having problem charging your watch?

I have tried charging it with the computer but that doesn't work either.
My watch is still dead and I cannot find any way to make it charge.

Alejandra - I am having the same issue and I have only owned my Versa for a week. It's dead now. Very frustraring
