Versa Not Receiving Texts after upgrading to iPhone 11

I have seen several instances of this already and have tried the following solutions to not work. I upgraded my iPhone to the 11 from the 6s Plus, and now my Versa is not receiving texts.  I have reinstalled the Versa, the Fitbit app, removed it from Bluetooth, removed the app and BlueTooth settings from my old phone, rebooted the Versa, and alas, nothing has worked.

I am on day 5 of not being able to use my Fitbit the way I want to. Is there anyone out there with the same issue?

HELP!

I tried this and it still is not working. I upgraded to an iPhone 11 last week (needed it anyway, not b/c of this issued) and did all the app updates, etc.  Is there something I need to do on my actual Versa to make sure it vibrates?   The texts are showing up about 70% of the time, if I swipe down, (along with news updates, etc.) but the Versa no longer vibrates or has them pop up...…….

I about ready to buy myself an Apple watch...….

Has anyone figured out how to do this without showing previews on your phone? I was always able to see text notifications with it turned off before until that iOS update a couple of months ago. I don’t particularly want to have previews turned on.

OMG!!!! Thank you so much!!! This has been driving me crazy for so long. I have been bouncing between Apple, google searches, asking anyone who has a Fitbit and a new iPhone and even some Fitbit searches and this is the FIRST time I have found an answer that makes sense and most importantly works. So thank you again.

By the way, these two methods also help to solve the problem.
1. Restore the factory settings.
2. Use RecoveryTool Fix Recovery to fix iOS system or software errors.

I cannot get my texts either. I called support and they said they are aware of the problem and do not know a fix date. I did everything everyone has suggested and everything with support. I am very disappointed that Fitbit does not have a fix or even a date that it will be fixed.

They also said they would email me and never did. I waited on hold forever to talk to them the first time, I will have to do it again but this is annoying.

Finally a solution that worked, however, I don’t like how I have to “Always Allow” my iMessages to be visible, at ANY given point in time. I hope Fitbit can fix that part down the road. Otherwise, I may need to move on...
