Versa Not Syncing Well - Known issue?

Is there a known issue with the Versa not syncing properly? I have to re-start my phone (Samsung S8 Edge), often several times, before I can get it to sync. It's on "sync all day" and "keep alive". I've installed, uninstalled, reinstalled. I've connected, disconnected, and re-connected accounts. I've only been able to get it to connect to Strava once. Now I can't even export the tcx file because it registers on Strava as a server error. I'm really disappointed with this device right now.

Might have something to do with the recent Android App update a couple days ago.  I have an S7 and seeing the same issue.  I posted the issue here:
