Versa Not Tracking Sleep Properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My new Versa habitually cuts off my sleep timing at 11:02 pm, and starts it up again at Midnight, 12:32, or 1:am.  Every. Single. Night.  I tried editing my sleep records but the website complains I am overlapping another sleep log.  I KNOW I am not awake during this time.  As a result I am getting very poor sleep returns.  I should not have this problem with the amount of money this thing costs.  I should go back to my old Charge at might....it counted sleep accurately.   Please do not tell me to go edit my sleep records.  It is confusing and really....I should not have to do that.

It sounds like the Versa is getting confused about which sleep log to keep. You may want to try deleting the shorter one and then going back to the remaining one and adjusting that one. This article explains how to do each of those step by step.

If you want to, you can go back to your old tracker for sleep logs, but if it doesn't have a heart rate monitor, you'll only get simplified sleep stages.
