I've had a Versa for a week now. I'm on my second. The first would not track my sleep no matter what we did, including completely resetting it. So we exchanged, and this one is doing the exact same thing. Very disappointed as I planned to use the sleep tracking to see if my new medication was helping to regulate my sleep schedule.
Any recommendations?

I’ve had mine 3 days now and it’s not tracking my sleep either. I’m very disappointed

I upgraded from a Charge 2, which was not tracking heart rate or sleep, to a Versa, thinking that the Versa may be better, but it's not. And FitBit have been unhelpful. Won't be buying another FitBit.

I've had my Versa for a couple of months. Mostly it works OK but the sleep tracking is sporadic at best. Sometimes it records 0 mins and at other times there are gaps in the tracking or it just stops tracking half way through the sleep cycle.
For such a pricey, fitness-dedicated piece of kit I would have expected better performance with such simple tasks!
I too am very disappointed - my Charge 2 worked more effectively!
