Versa - Not carrying over calories burnt after exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just received my versa today and noticed something after my workout. Going into the app and under exercise, I noticed it doesn't display the amount of calories burnt. However, if you go into the exercise itself, it does display it there. Is this a bug or happening to anyone else? I'm currently using a Samsung S8 as my device .

Hi @bouncing_girl & @Chauxes,

I'm not sure, but it sounds like the same issue described below, which can happen with the Ionic and Android app. Since the Versa uses the same FitbitOS as the Ionic, it may be the same thing?

Anway, take a look at the thread and let us know if it describes what you're experiencing.

Hello,

I tried doing this a few times and it still didn't fix the issue. Any other ideas?

I've done what you said, I've at workout class at 6pm tonight so I'll test it then 🙂

I tested it out by setting my watch to workout mode until I burned one calorie then synced it.

It's weird, bc on the fitbit website, it shows it correctly with the calories burned and time. This is strictly an app glitch so you would think its an easy fix.
