Versa Not keeping time an disconnecting from Blue Tooth

My versa is just a little over a year old and I have loved everything, but the last week I have had nothing but issues.  It will not keep time and I can no longer sync it unless I delete it from my account and reinstall and it will work for a few hours and then its not connecting again and losing time.  HELP!

Hi @MSharif71 , are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa and the problem should be solved, Erik

@SunsetRunner  I do not think its 3rd party I will check that I do not think I have any third party items on my fitbit
